'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' originated from a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 75. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza shop was once a quaint, family-owned shop with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, picking up secrets from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples — the pizza's homeland. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the wonders of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to age-old practices and prime ingredients.
Though we started as a petite pizzeria with just 12 seats, we have since flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture, our dedication to excellence and genuine tradition undying. We persist in our old-school wood-fired baking techniques, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and sourcing the best ingredients accessible to us.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' continues to be family-led, with the Rossi's next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic staff. Even as we integrate certain new advancements, the essence of our enterprise remains the same: serving delectable, genuine pizza that unites our customers.
